This course is delivered using a face-to-face, classroom-based delivery mode.
This course is aligned to the specific requirements of Queensland Rail’s Network Rules and Procedures MD-12-189. It is designed to give learners the skills and knowledge required to safely enter and navigate around the rail corridor and danger zone with the permission of the access provider, in accordance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

The successful completion of this course requires competency to be achieved in 1 unit.
Entry Requirements
You must be able to speak and understand English. You will need to pass a simple Language,
Literacy and Numeracy test prior to commencement of the SARC training.
You will need to complete a Railway Category 1, 2 or 3 Medical prior to commencing work.
You will also need to have an RIW card prior to the course.

Course Outcomes
Upon successful completion of all assessments, students will receive a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment.
