🚆 Onsite Training in Action – Australian Rail Track Corporation Ltd. - ARTC Broken Hill PCOur team has been onsite in Broken Hill, delivering hands-on training for ARTC infrastructure workers across the Track Worker stream of the TLI27121 Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure.Sometimes the best learning opportunities happen in real time. During delivery, the training room was undergoing a furniture reshuffle, creating the perfect real-world scenario for the work health and safety and quality system units. With emergency exits and evacuation equipment temporarily obstructed, participants were able to identify firsthand how easily critical access points can become compromised and why vigilance is essential on every worksite.The practical component was further enhanced by ARTC's impressive track panel setup, featuring a range of fastening systems and sleeper types.
