This includes safely planning and coordinating worksite protection methods\, applying safeworking rules\, and ensuring the safety of personnel and rail operations. This nationally recognised course supports compliance with the ARTC Network Rules and Procedures specific to NSW.\n\nIntroduction:\nEntry Requirements Section (Website)\nIn alignment with industry consultation and the job role expectations\, the following is needed for course admission:\n\n	A valid Category 1 Rail Medical assessment\n	TLIF0020 Safely Access the Rail Corridor\n	CPCWHS1001 Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry\n\n\n\n\nTarget Audience:\nDelivery Mode Section (Website)\nThis course begins with four days of trainer-led classroom learning\, where you will develop the knowledge and skills required to safely perform the roles requirements. During the classroom component\, you will complete knowledge assessments to demonstrate your understanding.\n \nFollowing the classroom training\, you will be required to complete an in-field logbook in your workplace. DESCRIPTION:Queensland Rail 3.2 Safely Access the Rail Corridor \n\nQR3.2_SARC\n\n\nCourse Heading Section (Website)\nThis course is aligned with the specific requirements of Queensland Rail’s Network Rules and Procedures MD-12-189. It is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge necessary to safely enter and navigate the rail corridor and danger zone\, with the permission of the access provider\, in full compliance with legislative and regulatory standards. \n\nParticipants will learn to adhere to the policies\, procedures\, and protocols of the access provider to ensure situational awareness and rail safety. The course covers operating under local track protection rules\, including interpreting track protection requirements\, executing assigned protection tasks\, and performing work activities in line with safe working practices and workplace procedures. Additionally\, learners will be trained to respond effectively to safety incidents and abnormal situations\, within their scope of personal responsibility. \n\nIntroduction:\nEntry Requirements Section (Website)\nIn alignment with industry consultation and the job role expectations outlined by Queensland Rail\, TICRail requires the following for course admission:\n\n1. General and Medical Requirements\n\n\n	A valid Category 3 Rail Medical assessment including Drug and Alcohol\, confirming fitness for work in a rail environment.\n	A Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card and valid employer association \n\n2. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:\nAll participants attending the QR SARC course are required to wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
