Are you struggling to organise the requirements for your organisations specific rail training, the associated costs, scheduling of all parties involved and delivery timeframes?
Does staying up to date with the latest safety and regulatory requirements tax your mind?
Are your line managers refusing to work with their training plans?
Do you need to organise specific rail related training but have little to no background experience in the area?
At The Instruction Company (TIC), we know every client is unique. When you choose TIC as your rail industry RTO, we take the time to understand your operation and your specific training requirements so we can develop a training package that matches your needs.
Then we select a trainer with the right rail background and skill set, supported by dynamic training materials that comply with safety & regulatory requirements. Materials that not only meet the specific needs of your operation and infrastructure, but also engage your workers so their training is both enjoyable and successful.
However, we also know that every client, big or small, faces the same challenge: minimising disruptions to their normal operations while their staff members undergo training or assessment.
So, while we work closely with you to plan our training schedule around your work flows, TIC will always be flexible enough to accommodate last-minute adjustments.
And, you can be sure that our team is ready to support you every step of the way, ensuring your training runs without a hitch.
